Stats to Date – September, 2011

As we move into the last quarter of 2011, I decided it was time to add the year to each month’s stats as we are coming up on our one year anniversary. Evidence of the fact that we’ve been A – waiting a long time and B – moving into being (as in possibly remaining) a family of three is that this month I didn’t even remember that the stats were forthcoming. It surprised me as I’m usually waiting and waiting for them to pop into my Inbox. But, today, I was actually surprised to see them come in. Half as many birth mother presentations as last month but two-four times as many as our prior months before changing to a girl preference.

September, 2011 – 4
August, 2011 – 8
July, 2011 – 1
June, 2011 – 2

April, 2011 – 1

It’s good that you haven’t been thinking about those stats too much. Either way you’re waiting, all the better if it isn’t eating at you so much.

That said, I’m still hoping for you very much.

Forgive me for being all Pollyanna, but I think those end of year stats are looking good and going to get better. But I like your attitude too. Xo
